Masamune Makabe, upon arriving home one day, mistakes his cheerful cousin Haruka for his mother. It turns out, Haruka, Masamune's mother, and Aunt Asae bear a striking resemblance. Taking advantage of this, Masamune's sister Chinatsu convinces them to have some fun dressing up. Meanwhile, in Tsunade Shima, Aki Adagaki invites her friends for a summer retreat, but Masamune's absence stirs up unexpected emotions. Later, Yoshino Koiwai enjoys a day off on Tsunade Island and with her sister's help, undergoes a transformative makeover, leading her to discover new sources of joy beyond her maid duties.
