New student Hikari Kokura, passionate about marksmanship, joins Chidori High to revive its defunct rifle-shooting club. With her childhood friend Izumi, the half-Russian Erika, and the serious Yukio, they form the Chidori Rifle-Shooting Club, aiming for national glory.
