In a world where human emotions manifest as flower-like Fragments, certain individuals known as Reflectors can harness these Fragments using specialized rings. Reflectors with blue rings safeguard others from despair by preserving Fragments, while those with red rings prevent negative emotions by taking Fragments from the sorrowful. Ruka Hanari, a timid transfer student longing for connections, stumbles upon a dropped blue ring, setting her on a path she never anticipated. Teaming up with the spirited Hiori Hirahara, also a blue ring Reflector, they face off against red Reflectors, discovering the ring's potent abilities. Determined to become Reflectors themselves, Ruka and Hiori must unite their strengths to protect not just their peers but also themselves from the overwhelming emotions that threaten to consume them.
