In a world divided between Black Bloods (vampires) and Red Bloods (humans), a decade after fighting side by side against a common enemy, the vampire hero Jirou Mochizuki, famed as the 'Silver Blade,' embarks on a journey to the Special Zone with his brother Kotarou. This sanctuary promises coexistence for both races. However, their peaceful quest is disrupted by a clash between vampire immigrants and the Special Zone's human forces. As an old adversary's sinister plot unfolds, Jirou must rely on his newfound comrade, Mimiko 'Compromiser' Katsuragi, and the ancient powers of his bloodline to safeguard all that he holds dear.
