When Kentarou Momose, a 26-year-old, decides to leave his job due to health issues caused by his previous boss's mistreatment, he embarks on a fresh start at a new company. Under the guidance of his mentor and supervisor, the 34-year-old Yuusei Shirosaki, Momose is anxious about impressing this respected figure and avoiding past trauma. Despite Shirosaki's quirky and amusing nature, Momose soon discovers that his boss's support and eccentric charm create a welcoming environment, dispelling any initial concerns.
