Golgo 13, after eliminating the son of wealthy magnate Leonard Dawson, becomes the target of both the CIA and the U.S. Army, enlisted by Dawson himself to eliminate the assassin. Over time, Dawson descends into madness, obsessively devising schemes to take down Golgo 13, indifferent to the origins of the contract on his son's life.
