In the ongoing conflict between the Noverland Empire and the island of Eden, led by the renowned dragonslayer Sigbert, repeated attempts have been made to conquer the island. Despite their efforts, the dragon protector of Eden has always thwarted their advances. However, during one fateful expedition, Sigbert's daughter Brunhild finds herself stranded on Eden's shores. The dragon discovers her, nurtures her, and raises her as its own child. Over time, a deep bond forms between them, with the dragon imparting lessons of love, forgiveness, and the importance of letting go of hatred. Yet, after 13 years, Sigbert manages to slay the dragon and forcibly takes Brunhild back to the Empire. Now torn between the love she had for the dragon and the teachings of forgiveness it instilled in her, Brunhild faces a poignant choice as the flames of vengeance ignite within her.
