Set within Tengurihama Academy, 'Gakkou no Kaidan' follows Yukihiro Kanba, a new student taken in by his uncle. His encounter with the mysterious Yuuko Kokonoe leads him to the staircase club, a renegade group known for stair races. Reluctant at first, Yukihiro eventually embraces the thrill of the club's activities, defying its negative image among the students.
