Tokio Kurohara, a second-year high school student known for his laid-back attitude, partners with his childhood friend Azuma Higashi to confront injustices in their town. Azuma, a strong and capable individual, effortlessly handles most adversaries, except for the formidable Choujins, whom they avoid at all costs. When a vengeful foe resurfaces, forcing a confrontation, the duo resorts to a transformative drug. While Azuma remains unchanged, Tokio undergoes a physical transformation, sprouting a beak. Now faced with the challenge of concealing his new Choujin form, Tokio must navigate the consequences of their actions, as resentful individuals object to their unconventional solution.
