Before the main storyline's creation, a pilot episode of the anime Vivy -Fluorite Eye's Song- was crafted. This initial glimpse into the series premiered on August 21, 2021, during WIT STUDIO's 10th Anniversary Online Talk Show #3, with special guest loundraw, the character designer for Vivy. Subsequently, the pilot was officially released on WIT Studio's YouTube channel on August 24, 2021.
