Following a devastating loss at the Grand Prix Finale, Yuuri Katsuki, once a renowned figure skater in Japan, returns home to contemplate his future. At 23, with his time in the skating limelight dwindling and a penchant for pork cutlets and weight gain, Yuuri faces a crossroads. However, his fate takes a dramatic turn when a video of him performing a routine by the legendary Victor Nikiforov goes viral. Surprisingly, Victor himself shows up at Yuuri's doorstep, offering to mentor him. Thrilled by this opportunity, Yuuri embarks on a journey to reclaim his position in the skating world.
