Inspired by a band at the Sakura High School festival, Sakuma Yukari embarks on forming her own band. Alongside her closest friend Shimizu Kaede, they aim to join the Light Music Club, only to realize their school lacks such a club. Through the guidance of Sawabe Maho, they stumble upon the Light Music Appreciation Society, home to a lone member, Satou Riko.
