Mito Yamamoto, an attractive young man, attracts hordes of women to the restaurant where he works until the owner decides to let him go. Jobless and homeless, Mito's life takes a strange turn when he meets Ruka Saotome, who unexpectedly tastes Mito's blood and reveals himself as a vampire. Ruka, unable to drink from females, seeks a beautiful boy to be his companion, mistaking Mito for a male. Mito, despite being a girl, agrees to live with Ruka at the boys' academy, sparking a unique and complex relationship between the two.
