Hiiragi Yuki, who has spent her childhood confined to her room watching movies, enrolls in the film department at Asagaya Artistic High School with low self-esteem and no clear goals besides her love for movies. However, her life takes a new turn when she crosses paths with the grumpy teacher and obscure filmmaker Kuroyama Sumiji, potentially altering her perspective on things.
