Kumo, a member of the mountain dog tribe, is taken in by Kin from the cat tribe, residing close to the wolf tribe's omega physician, Ise. Despite Kumo's dog-like traits leading to playful nips and licks towards Kin, the undeniable bond between Kumo and Ise leaves Kin feeling a pang of heartache.
