Souta Koganei, a recluse who shuns school and isolates himself in his room, learns of a new neighbor moving into the supposedly haunted apartment next door. Despite its notorious reputation for driving away occupants within three days due to a lingering spirit, a peculiar resident named Saburou Kouno, known as a spirit photographer, moves in. Intriguingly, Kouno appears to have a different perspective on the alleged haunting.
