After failing his university entrance exam for the second time, Takahashi is ousted from his parents' home and forced to begin a solitary life in an apartment within Akihabara's iconic radio tower, arranged by his yakuza relative. Within this peculiar abode, he encounters a self-proclaimed 'hero from another world,' a manga artist residing on the tower's highest floor. Tasked by his uncle to unravel the mystery behind the tower's seemingly eccentric inhabitants, Takahashi embarks on a bizarre journey into a world where normalcy is a foreign concept.
