In a quaint seaside village, Tetsunoshin Kataiwa, a charismatic elderly mayor, safeguards his community with his beloved Suzuki Jimny, fondly known as 'Pochi'. When a mysterious man carelessly litters in the village, Tetsunoshin's instincts lead him on a pursuit, unaware of the man's sinister agenda to sabotage the nation's largest power plant with an accomplice, threatening widespread devastation. Utilizing his car's unique capabilities to soar through the skies and unleash rockets, the determined mayor thwarts the criminal's destructive plans, preserving the land from imminent peril.
