Two Yakuza associates, Odajima and Kataoka, embark on a journey as a consequence of Kataoka's blunder as the young wakagashira. Unbeknownst to Kataoka, the trip conceals a dark agenda - Odajima has been tasked with the grim mission of eliminating his troubled companion.
