Years after the Thousand-Year Blood War, Ichigo Kurosaki enjoys a tranquil life with his wife Orihime Inoue and their son Kazui, who uses his inherited Soul Reaper abilities to aid restless souls. Unexpectedly, Ichigo is summoned by his Soul Reaper comrades Renji Abarai and Rukia Kuchiki to join a solemn ceremony called the 'Konso Reisai.' This ritual, meant to commemorate a fallen Soul Reaper captain, takes a dark turn as a malevolent force threatens its proceedings.
