Baek Yigang, a member of the prestigious Baek Clan in Zhongyuan, suffers from a fatal condition known as Taiyin Qi Blockage, which limits his life expectancy and bars him from harnessing internal energy. While leading a quiet life indoors, his solitude is shattered when he is ambushed by mysterious assailants, resulting in the loss of a beloved servant figure. Fleeing from his attackers, Baek Yigang seeks refuge in a concealed underground passage.
