With the revelation that their family's ancestral enemy has resurfaced, Joseph and his ally Mohammed Avdol join forces to combat this new threat. As Holly, Joutarou's mother, falls ill from her own Stand, the group embarks on a journey across Japan and Egypt to confront their foe.
