When Kagura Mayo enrolls at Fuuka Academy, she is surprised to discover that she is inexplicably bound by unbreakable handcuffs. Alongside encountering familiar faces like Shizuru, Haruka, Yukino, Natsuki, and Nao from Mai-HiME, Mayo realizes that the academy serves as a hub for MiKO, young women with psychokinetic powers, a group to which she belongs.
