Life for Naota is anything but ordinary. Residing with his peculiar father and grandfather in a city dominated by a massive hand-iron factory on a hill, he faces the advances of his brother's former flame. However, his world is truly turned upside down when a mischievous alien on a Vespa crashes into him and wallops him with a bass guitar.
