In a world where the ocean is marred by pollution, the sea dweller Ika Musume (Squid Girl) emerges with a vengeance against humanity for despoiling her home. Unfamiliar with life above the waves, she sets out on a mission to conquer mankind single-handedly, only to end up inadvertently enslaved by a beachside establishment after a mishap with their wall.
