Formerly an exclusive girls' school, Ousai Academy transitions to co-education due to declining birth rates. Caught in the sea of girls as a freshman, Tsuda Takatoshi's first day takes a sour turn when he clashes with the stern student council president, Shino Amakusa. Amidst the reprimand, Tsuda crosses paths with other council members, culminating in a tardy arrival to class. To make amends for the chaotic morning, Shino offers Tsuda a peculiar opportunity to join the student council for 'various reasons,' leaving him little choice but to comply. Thus commences Tsuda's journey as he soon realizes his ordinary nature amidst the eccentricity of Ousai Academy.
