In modern-day South Korea, a wave of destructive creatures known as 'Troubles' emerged three decades ago, plunging the world into turmoil. Only individuals with extraordinary powers, labeled as 'Trace' mutants, can combat these monsters. Despite their vital role, the Trace face societal rejection due to some abusing their gifts. Our narrative follows Sa Kang-Gwon, a high schooler concealing his Trace abilities, and Kim Yun-Seong, who gained his powers in his thirties. Tragically, Yun-Seong's family is torn from him for scientific experimentation soon after his transformation.
