Arata, eager to assist his childhood friend and love interest Chiharu, agrees to help her clear out her grandfather's old warehouse. Little do they realize that the warehouse houses 'tsukumogami' - ancient objects with living spirits. After Arata inadvertently releases a vengeful artifact that abducts Chiharu, he must team up with benevolent tsukumogami to save her from peril.
