When Fushimi Inari accidentally embarrasses her crush Tanbabashi in front of their classmates, she faces rejection and the added heartache of realizing he might like Sumizome instead. Amidst this turmoil, she is unexpectedly summoned by Uka-no-Mitama-no-kami, a fox goddess, who offers to grant her a wish in exchange for a favor.
