When Isao Komori leaves his rural hometown for Tokyo, hoping for a fresh start in college, he soon finds himself isolated and friendless. After dropping out to become a recluse, his only solace lies in visiting a local convenience store to catch glimpses of Mari Yoshizaki, known as 'The Angel of the Convenience Store.' When Mari unexpectedly locks eyes with him one day, Isao inexplicably wakes up in her body. Faced with this baffling switch, Isao decides to step into Mari's shoes and live her life, leaving behind the mystery of his own existence.
