After the departure of his club members, Takezou Kurata is left as the sole remaining member of the Koto Music Club. Tasked with reviving the dwindling group, he faces immense difficulty in attracting new recruits. When the notorious delinquent Chika Kudou offers to join and take over as president, Kurata is hesitant due to Kudou's reputation. However, as Kurata uncovers a different side to Kudou and his ties to the club, he reconsiders. The club's fate changes when koto virtuoso Satowa Houzuki enlists Kudou's friends, Saneyasu Adachi, Michitaka Sakai, and Kouta Mizuhara. With enough members to sustain the club, Houzuki sets ambitious goals to dominate the koto scene nationally, much to Kurata's surprise. The eclectic group of musicians faces a challenging journey ahead, overcoming obstacles and embracing their individuality to pursue their dreams.
