In the water-based Academy City of 'Rikka,' also known as 'Asterisk,' the renowned stage for the grand battle spectacle <Star Wars Festival>, young boys and girls from the <Starpulse Generation> across six academies wield Shining Armaments to fulfill their wishes for supremacy. Among them is Ayato Amagiri, who enters Rikka at the behest of the Seidoukan Academy's Student Council President, Claudia. Soon after, Ayato clashes with the fiery <Petalblaze Witch> Julis in a fateful duel, marking the commencement of an epic academy battle entertainment.
