Ichirou Inuyashiki, an elderly man burdened by life's struggles and isolation, finds solace in adopting a dog despite his terminal cancer diagnosis. After a chance encounter with an extraterrestrial entity, he awakens with a robotic body, losing the ability to shed tears. Feeling detached from his humanity, a moment of compassion reignites his emotions when he saves a homeless man. Motivated by this rekindled empathy, Inuyashiki embarks on a mission to use his newfound powers for good. However, his altruistic efforts are challenged when a malevolent force emerges, forcing him to evolve from a local savior to a defender against a formidable adversary.
