Keitarou Itsuki, despite his kind nature, frightens people with his intense gaze. After a failed confession to Aoi Tokujira, he blames his eyes for the rejection. Seeking help from his sister, Keitarou undergoes a transformation into a girl. When he saves Aoi from school bullies in his new form, she confides in him her deep fear of men. Mistaken for a girl, Keitarou is asked to aid Aoi in conquering her phobia.
