In a society where vulgar language is outlawed, Tanukichi Okuma joins the prestigious public morals school and is recruited into the Anti-Societal Organization (SOX) by Ayame Kajou. Pressured by Ayame's blackmail, Tanukichi becomes entangled in rebellious activities, including provocative acts against the admired student council president Anna, whom he secretly admires.
