In the year 2400, the world is under the dominion of the powerful 'Solar System Alliance,' thanks to their advanced mobile weapons fueled by 'Cyclonics' electric chips. These humanoid weapons, known as 'Titanic DOWLs' or simply 'DOWLs,' enhance the psychic abilities of their pilots, making them unrivaled in combat. Operating as part of the Alliance's force, the unit 'Sophia' ensures their supremacy. However, the status quo is disrupted when two skilled DOWL Masters, Aoi Saotome and Reine Ward Takajou, cross paths at a high school in a floating city, setting the stage for a destined encounter.
