At school, Hatou Gaku befriends the peculiar Marii Yukari, who sees all living beings as robots due to her unique perspective. Despite past troubles stemming from her unusual vision, Yukari stands by her belief and demonstrates a keen understanding of others' abilities. Initially dismissing her as odd, Gaku soon discovers Yukari's remarkable knack for fixing things and attracting the attention of even the authorities. As it turns out, Yukari's purple-eyed perception is not as rare as thought. The crux lies in a crucial question: do humans hold the same significance as objects in the eyes of these unique individuals, or is it the reverse?
