Segawa Kotarou's deep passion lies in bonsai, an interest that sets him apart and earns him comparisons to an elderly man due to his fervor for moss and plants. To support his university expenses, Kotarou takes on a temporary role as a cram school instructor during the summer break. It's here that he encounters Nakatsu Towa, a fellow enthusiast of bonsai who works in a computer repair shop beneath the school. Upon discovering their shared love for bonsai, Kotarou eagerly proposes a friendship with Towa. Yet, as their bond blossoms, could there be a chance for something beyond mere friendship to take root?
