In a fictional version of Germany, chaos ensues with the emergence of biomechanical creatures called 'Demoniacs' that animate from the dead to attack indiscriminately. These Demoniacs possess the uncanny ability to assimilate with technology like cars and motorcycles, not only controlling them but also boosting their capabilities significantly. Standing in their way is the Xenogenesis Assault Team (XAT), a group dedicated to containing these Demoniacs, maintaining order, and delving into the root cause of this transformation. Amidst this turmoil, some humans find themselves transformed into Demoniacs, using their newfound powers for both noble and malevolent purposes. And from among them, a singular figure will ascend as the legendary 'Blassreiter'.
