Amidst menial labor, he stumbles upon the reverence for Japanese characters, leveraging this knowledge to secure a clerical position in the government. Fueled by his ambition, Takeru pioneers the introduction of modern innovations, notably gunpowder-based weaponry, in a world besieged by monstrous threats. Establishing a company with unconventional employees, he ventures into soap and crepe commerce. With the realm imperiled by escalating monster incursions, Takeru rallies a ragtag militia of slaves and farmers, armed with firearms, to confront the looming danger and challenge the skepticism of traditional knights.
