Tetsujin 28-go: Hakuchuu no Zangetsu
In this stage adaptation inspired by Yokoyama Mitsuteru's manga, follow the brilliant young detective Kaneda Shotaro and his colossal robot, Tetsujin 28, in post-World War II Tokyo. A decade after the war's conclusion, Shotaro's long-lost brother emerges, now skilled in piloting the wartime creation, Tetsujin. However, peace reigns in Japan after the conflict's end, leaving his brother with a sense of displacement. As Tokyo faces a crisis with the discovery of 'Destruction Bombs' scattered throughout the city, it is revealed that these deadly weapons were devised by Professor Kaneda, the mastermind behind Tetsujin 28 and Shotaro's father, to safeguard Japan. With Tokyo on the brink of devastation, the race is on to prevent the cataclysmic explosion that threatens to reduce the city to ruins.
