Two sisters, Melonpanna and Rollpanna, meet a enigmatic horse named Marin who reveals a sunken ship she raises from the ocean depths. Witnessing this, Baikinman is inspired to construct his own ghost ship with the assistance of Dr. Hiyari. Meanwhile, he schemes to corrupt Rollpanna completely, aiming to manipulate her into aiding him in vanquishing Anpanman.
