In search of purpose, Hisone Amakasu joins the Japan Air Self-Defense Force at Gifu Airbase. Unexpectedly stumbling upon a hidden section, she encounters the JASDF's biggest secret: the Organic Transformed Flyer (OTF), a dragon with aircraft camouflage abilities. Swallowed and then regurgitated by the OTF, she learns she is the chosen successor to become a Dragon Pilot. Alongside her pilot trainees and her OTF companion, Maso-tan, Hisone faces her self-doubts to unlock her full potential as a Dragon Pilot and unveil the mysteries surrounding these extraordinary creatures.
