Daigo Kagemitsu, a feudal lord desperate for power, strikes a deal with demons after forsaking his faith. In exchange for prosperity, he sacrifices his deformed son to the river, who miraculously survives with the help of a healer. Equipped with prosthetics and weapons, the boy embarks on a quest to reclaim his stolen senses by vanquishing the demons. Along the way, he crosses paths with Dororo, a fellow outcast, and together they navigate a perilous world teeming with malevolent spirits, fighting not only for survival but also for their humanity.
