When a bumbling rabbit named Fu saves the martial arts master Shifu from a deadly attack, he is bestowed with the ultimate kung fu ability through telepathy. In exchange for this power, Fu agrees to return a precious tablet to Shifu's daughter, Penny. Along their journey, Fu is ambushed by thieves, but unbeknownst to him, Penny comes to his rescue. As they travel together, they reach the martial arts academy, only to discover that it has been seized by the villainous Slash.
