When the king of Romano Kingdom and his twin sons, Ivan and Eugene, visit Grannzreich, tensions rise as the twins show disdain for those not in line for the throne. To mend this divide, Heine discloses that, at the behest of King Victor von Grannzreich, he will tutor both the Romano and Grannzreich princes, aiming to foster unity between the kingdoms.
