After a tragic accident claims his family, Sanpei, a young beekeeper, crosses paths with Chiyo, a girl stung by a bee. Together, they rebuild a deserted village, but Sanpei vanishes mysteriously. Despite his absence, Chiyo remains hopeful, tending to the blooming fields, anticipating his eventual comeback.
