In a battle for world domination, the sinister Dr. Kaff, also known as Dr. Cops, crafts a legion of colossal robots to abduct top athletes and seize control. In a bid to thwart this diabolical scheme, Dr. Kim devises Robot Taekwon V. Guided by Kim Hoon, the skilled taekwon-do champion and Dr. Kim's eldest son, the robot is operated either mechanically or by merging Kim Hoon's martial arts prowess with its mechanisms. Adding a touch of humor to the intense narrative is Kim Hoon's young sidekick, elementary school student Kim Cheol.
