On the shimmering waters of the Kanda River, Jetters and their Shooters zoom across the currents, engaging in thrilling Jet Races known as the ultimate aquatic competition. Yearning to follow in her mother's footsteps as a top Jet Racer, Rin Namiki enrolls at Asakusa Girls' High School in Tokyo. Here, she crosses paths with fellow newcomer Misa Aoi, sparking a competitive bond between the two. The tension escalates when Rin and Misa face off against the formidable Team Dress from Musashino Girls' High School. Inspired by the race, Rin seeks to establish a Jet Racing club at her school, only to find none in existence. Undeterred, she rallies Misa and three other classmates to form their own team, the spirited 'Kandagawa Jet Girls.' With their sights set on claiming victory at the prestigious Kandagawa Cup, Rin and her newfound companions gear up for the challenge of a lifetime.
