Recently relocated to Sukoyaka City, the health-conscious Nodoka Hanadera strikes up friendships with Chiyu Sawaizumi and Hinata Hiramitsu, her classmates with distinct backgrounds. Encountering an ailing puppy in a forest, Nodoka meets magical creatures Rabbirin, Penguitan, and Nyatoran, who reveal a mission to vanquish the malevolent 'Mega Byogen' to save the pup and cleanse the tainted land. Empowered by Rabbirin's pact, Nodoka transforms into the courageous Cure Grace, battling the Byogen to heal Princess Latte. With Chiyu becoming Cure Fontaine and Hinata as Cure Sparkle, the trio, aided by their animal allies, must thwart the Byogen's assaults and safeguard the planet from their sinister influence.
